The project involved a complete restoration of the exterior surfaces, starting with the removal of old plaster, mold, and deteriorated areas.

Subsequently, the surfaces were smoothed, cracks repaired, and targeted structural consolidation interventions were carried out.

The project also included the installation of a thermal insulation system to improve the building's insulation and energy efficiency, as well as waterproofing and restoration of cornices, balconies, and gutters.

The final phase involved painting with breathable and/or mold-resistant paints, in the existing color or chosen by the client, to ensure protection, aesthetics, and long-lasting durability.
